Orion and Pella are committed to a world class transformation of 81 Newgate Street from an outdated, inaccessible and inefficient office building to a dynamic and modern mixed usedevelopment.

The transformation of 81 Newgate Street would deliver:

  • Flexible ground floor experiential retail and cultural uses
  • Modern B1 offices with many private terraces
  • A free publicly accessible roof terrace with a  restaurant and wild flower meadow, all with stunning views of St Pauls Cathedral and the City  of London
  • A significant improvement in the local views of St Paul’s
  • A new East – West connection through the building, increasing permeability and reducing pressure on surrounding streets
  • A digital, curated wall providing opportunities for cultural and educational content to tie in with Culture Mile and other City initiatives
  • Extensive urban greening including some green walls, green roofs, additional tree planting and a rooftop meadow
